About ORBITA
An ecosystem for developing electronic music artists, born from the evolution of House Mag Academy, in Florianópolis.
Purpose
To develop artists through education, technology, community and real access to the scene.
Where we come from
ORBITA is born from the evolution of House Mag Academy, the DJ and music production school in Florianópolis, Brazil. DJs and producers trained there in groups, in private lessons and in immersions, with teachers who work in the scene — and not only in electronic music: hip-hop, open format, funk, trap and rap always had a place in the booth.
The school always went beyond the classroom: its own events, such as graduations, referrals so students could play for a real audience for the first time, and a collective of labels for those who produce.
ORBITA takes all of that and turns it into an ecosystem: its own method, technology built inside the school, community and stage — with one identity, one account and one place.
The name
Intentional community, collective connection, belonging and movement. People in orbit around the same center.

How ORBITA is organized
One parent brand and three pillars: ORBITA Academy, ORBITA Community and ORBITA Audio, with ORBITA Music Lab as support and ORBITA Stage as the stage inside the Community. ORBITA Station, this website, is the center of the ecosystem and the digital home of all of them.
